    • ARE THE LIGHTS LOW VOLTAGE AND DO I NEED SPECIAL ELECTRIC?

      All lights are low-voltage, energy efficient LED’s that operate between 12-24 volts DC. The system is essentially “plug and play” as the transformer(s) will be plugged into a standard GFIC outlet.

    • DO THE FIXTURES CONTAIN BULBS?

      For the Profile Sconce and Linear lights - No, that’s the nice part, no bulbs. These fixtures contain a circuit board with LED chips that do not need to be changed.

    • WHAT IF A LIGHT GOES OUT?

      In the rare event a light goes out, just call us. In most cases we can easily replace the LED circuit board and the remaining components can be kept. It is very uncommon that you will need to replace a fixture. In addition, our suppliers and manufacturers are right here in Florida so any parts are readily accessible to ensure a speedy repair.

    • HOW MANY LIGHTS ARE NEEDED?

      There is no standard package. Each design is custom designed for you based on your budget and the “mood” you desire.

    • HOW LONG DOES THE INSTALLTION TAKE AND WHERE DO THE WIRES GO?

      A typical installation takes only one day and you do not need to be home. Our highly trained and insured installers treat your home as it if was their own. Wiring is discreet and hidden leaving a clean and professional look.

    • WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH THE SYSTEM?

      Our Proposal includes everything that is needed and there are no hidden costs. Additional options you can purchase include a WIFI extender and/or timer. Once complete, you will have everything you need to “lighten up your dock, lanai and landscape”.

    • HOW SOON CAN THE INSTALLATION BE COMPLETE UPON ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL?

      Upon acceptance of the Proposal, installations are typically completed within 2 weeks. We also offer installations and service on Saturdays.

    • CAN I ADD MORE LIGHTS AFTER THE INSTALLATION?

      Yes, our systems and designs are scalable. Additional fixtures can be added with ease.

    • WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS AND OPTIONS?

      Upon acceptance of the Proposal, a 50% deposit is required with the remaining 50% due on the day of installation once completed. If you pay in full up front, we will give you a $25 discount. We accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard.
